SAN JOSE - Beginning Film Production Camp - Grades Middle - High

In this Camp, we will go over the fundamentals of filmmaking. We will cover skills such as storyboarding, lighting, directing, editing, and more. Each day we will have time to learn the material, then put the teachings into practice and get hands-on experience. Throughout the week, students will have the opportunity to work with their classmates and create multiple video projects. Please come prepared to work hard, collaborate with others, and be creative! No prior experience in video production is necessary to attend this summer camp, students of all levels are encouraged to attend.

A computer or tablet

A camera or smartphone

Paper and writing utensils to take notes.

Please expect that certain projects will require work outside of class.
